Boreham House Wedding
Rupal and Dipen’s wedding(s) happened over two days. The first was their glorious, colourful Hindu ceremony, and then a week later they did the legal registry bit and epic dinner and party at the gorgeous Boreham House Wedding venue in Essex near Chelmsford. Dipen and Rupal are such happy, vibrant people, and were beyond excited to be getting married, which just makes my job so much happier, easier, and so much more fun to do!
Dipen spent most of the morning praying for the rain to stay away, as they had tons of garden games – giant jenga, spacehoppers, bean bags, etc – set up on the lawn for all the kids (and kids at heart) to play with, as well as lots of lounge furniture for everyone to relax in the sun. And the weather obliged wonderfully, except for literally 5 minutes after the confetti toss, when the clouds splashed some good luck on the newlyweds, and then promptly cleared up again right after everyone had run for cover! It did mean that we got some gorgeous clouds in our photos, though, so I’m calling it a win!
