Taryn and Marc booked me from the UK in March last year, so we only met a week before their wedding, and I was thrilled at how completely awesome they were, and how interesting and fun and sweet and in love. I was already in seventh heaven when Taryn told me her dress was designed by the fabulous Abigail Betz, so I must have hit eighth heaven when I actually SAW it. And the decor….swoonworthy. All by the fantastic Eve from Splendid Affairs, of course. And Taryn’s stunning vintage makeup was done by the super-talented Sam Scaife from Lashline (I’m running out of adjectives to describe all the wonderful people who were involved in this wedding!)

Some of you will have seen this on Facebook already (and if you haven’t liked me on Facebook, go and do it! There’s no excuse ). I’m busy editing Taryn & Marc’s wedding to blog, and I couldn’t resist sharing this image. I think it’s my new favourite I’ve ever taken.

 

Daniela and Robert had a gorgeous morning ceremony at River Place, followed by an outdoor lunch on the deck overlooking the river. Everything about this day was amazing – from Daniela’s fairytale gown to her infectious laugh, to the personal vows and the food, not to mention the speeches – some of the best I’ve ever heard. I was going from laughter to tears right along with everyone there!Daniela’s father made one of the best father of the bride speeches I’ve ever heard!

Oh, and special mention to the awesome clouds for making my light perfect.
