South Woodford Wedding {Clare & Ricky}
Clare found me in the most awesome way – last year, whilst Googling “grey bridesmaid dresses”, she came across an image I’d taken at a 2010 wedding. She liked it so much that she clicked over to see who the photographer was, and when she saw that I was in South Africa, but moving to London before her wedding, it seemed like fate! She and Ricky booked me immediately, and I was thrilled to have a couple who were willing to do that, despite some concerned friends and family asking if they were sure I was really coming!
Fast forward to nearly a year later, and I was most definitely present to shoot their wedding in South Woodford. I loved all the DIY decor in the church hall, and the fact that the tables were all named after various mythological fairytale types. Clare is a Brownie Brown Owl, and her Brownie pack was very much present in the ceremony, doing a line by line reading that got even me a little emotional!
