Mandy and James are getting married in April in the Clerkenwell area, so for their engagement photos we decided to have a wander around the area, so they could show me where everything will be happening on the wedding day, and also to find some good spots for the wedding pictures. We had to postpone once because of the tube strike, but the quiet, sunny (albeit freezing) Sunday we ended up with was absolutely perfect! It was such a beautiful area to shoot in – I’ve never done a London engagement session in such peace and quiet. I can’t wait for the wedding!
Here is the other shoot from the Photography Farm! You can see the wedding shoot here.
Amrit and John are getting married in October, and they decided to have their engagement session along the quirky, colourful part of the south bank in London. I’m crazy about bright colours, and that area is filled with them, so we had a ball! It was one of the really hot days we’ve been enjoying in London recently, which means we had to do a lot of people-dodging, but I think we got quite good at it by the end. They should make it a new Olympic sport.
Marlette and Warren will be getting married at the end of April. They booked me aaages ago, so it was such fun to meet up with them again for their engagement shoot! We shot it in the famous graffiti street in Newtown, and I was like a child in a candystore when they showed me all the props they’d brought with! Props totally gladden my heart.
Aaand…onto Part 2! Which includes some pics from my last two weddings of the year, which are as yet unblogged.
See Part 1 here!
Christmas came and went in a blur (is it only slow for children, perhaps?) and new year is about to be upon us. So I thought I’d take some time and say thank you to everyone who featured some of my work this year!
Moment Junkie featured TWO of my photos, which is a huge honour:
